When considering enabling our Collection feature, it's natural to have a range of questions and concerns. In this knowledge base article, we'll address some of the common queries that users typically have before deciding to enable a new feature.

Will the monitoring system be for all past due invoices, or will it focus solely on new invoices that become past due after the feature has been activated?

  • After enabling our collection feature, the monitoring system will encompass both past due invoices and new invoices that become past due.

When will the text messages be sent after enabling the feature?

  • After enabling the feature, the text messages will be sent within two days as the system processes notifications for all invoices in collections communication.

What happens if a client goes into collections immediately after activating this feature?

  • If a client enters collections immediately after activating this feature, the system will bypass the first three notifications and instead send the designated collection message to the client.
