Our Bi-Directional feature takes information from the client’s profile and auto-populates the forms without having to refresh them, with Bi-Directional you can also edit/update the existing information in the forms, and it will update your client’s profile.

Please watch this video if you are losing data after saving and currently have BI-Directional ON
You can quickly enable or disable Bi-Directional easily while on a case.
Under “Case Settings”
Click on the “two arrows” icon to enable or disable the feature.
