BI-Directional — Form data not saving

Our Bi-Directional feature takes information from the client’s profile and auto-populates the forms without having to refresh them, with Bi-Directional you can also edit/update the existing information in the forms, and it will update your client’s profile.

Please watch this video if you are losing data after saving and currently have BI-Directional ON


blue book Enabling/Disabling Bi-Directional

  1. You can quickly enable or disable Bi-Directional easily while on a case.

  2. Under “Case Settings”

  3. Click on the “two arrows” icon to enable or disable the feature.



Notes
With BI-Directional ON you can’t create new records. Remember to NOT enter information into an empty green field to avoid losing your information.
