Error uploading a Document
Problem
Are you getting an “INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR:Undefined” when trying to upload a document? The most common causes for this error are the document size and document name.
Solution
The issue should be fixed by following these steps.
The document should be less than 130 MB.
Make sure your document doesn’t have any special characters in the title, like tildes, accents, or superscription.
ñ, á, é, í, ó, x²
Change the document name and try again.
If the issue remains after making these changes, please contact support and attach the document you are trying to upload.
