The CampLegal Add-In for Outlook enables users to link emails to cases in CampLegal platform. Using this Add-In, users can create new emails, link/unlink specific emails to a case and all incoming emails in a conversation will be automatically linked once the email has been opened in Outlook.
Log in with your Microsoft 360 Account
Go to File and select Manage Add-ins
A new window will open in your browser with a list of Add-Ins for Outlook, type in CampLegal and Select the option CampLegal Add-in for Outlook.
Add it your account selecting the Add button
After your Add-in is ready, make sure you have the New Outlook version installed to start using it.
You can access the add-in when creating a New Mail. First you will have to log in with your active CampLegal Account.
Here, you can select an specific client and case, and click set to add it to your email. You can select the AI tab to help you draft your email.
After everything is set correctly, and you have your prompt completed click Generate and you can now send your email and it will be recorded in the CampLegal Platform.
Remember to write your AI prompt in a clear and concise manner, using correct grammar and spelling. Avoid using ambiguous language or overly complex sentences.

Go to an email, select the 3 dots and click on Get Add-ins
A new pop-out window will open, with the title Add-Ins for Outlook, search for CampLegal and Add the CampLegal Add-In for Outlook to your account.
When creating a New email, your Add-in will open. First you need to log in with your active CampLegal account

For Windows
Go to File
Select Office Account. If you don't see Office Account, option, choose Help. You'll see the product version on the right side of the page.
You'll find your version and build number under Product Information. If you need to know whether you're using the 32-bit version or the 64-bit version of Outlook, select About Outlook.
For iOS
On your menu bar, choose Outlook. If you don't see your menu bar, move your mouse to the top of your screen and it will appear.
Choose About Outlook. The version information appears.
