How-To Troubleshooting For Outlook Add-In

If you have added our CampLegal Add-In for Outlook email desktop and you’re having trouble, please follow the instructions below. If you continue to have trouble, please email us at support@camplegal.com.

  1. Open your Outlook desktop

  2. Make sure you are selecting “New Outlook” on the upper right corner of your screen

  3. Remove the current CampLegal Add-In

  4. Close Outlook

  5. Open Outlook

  6. Manually add the CampLegal Add-In (file will be below)

  7. Close Outlook

  8. Open Outlook

  9. Send a test email. For your first email, you might need to click Send Email twice.
