
When accepting a credit card or ACH/eCheck payment, the message “Payment method type not supported by the target account”.
This is an error message from LawPay due to the Destination Account that was chosen for the Invoice is not setup to accept ACH or Credit Card within LawPay.
Call LawPay.
Ask to setup all your Destination Accounts (bank accounts) to accept ACH and Credit Card.
Once LawPay has made the change, you should never receive this message again.
