Are you receiving a 500 error when opening a form? Other forms assigned to the same contact would work but certain form would not.
Symptom:
The contact had a Wife and a Spouse linked to it, so opening the form would get the 500.Fix:
Configure the contact with only one spouse, i.e., delete one of the linked family members. The firm might want to delete the extra spouse if it’s a duplicate contact.
